Tank Bigsby, Auburn

Vision: Is able to read leverage. Can ID when to bounce outside. Is patient enough to allow blocks to develop in gap schemes.

Contact Balance: 6’0 213 pound frame and a determined running style allows him to break through tackles and pick up yards after contact.

Pass Catching: Shows upside to be used more as a passing threat. Looks comfortable catching screens and checkdowns. Development in route running would add a new dynamic to his game.

Pass Blocking: Willing blocker. Can be a strong blocker with development in technique and balance.

Durability: Missed time minor time with injury as a freshman. Played in every game as a sophomore. 361 career carries heading into his junior season.

Change of Direction Skills: Doesn’t have dynamic COD. Is best when he’s getting north/south. Does have some ability to put his foot in the dirt and cut upfield on zone runs.

Long Speed: Not a true burner in terms of straight-line speed. Has all the speed necessary to break off chunk plays.

Ball Security:  Three fumbles in 2021. Holds the ball tight to the chest when engaged with defenders.

Creativity: No-nonsense north/south runner. Can make defenders miss at times, but more often than not runs through and over defenders.

Strength: Gets a head of steam and is able to run through tackles. A determined rusher that drives his feet on contact.
